Oxfordshire's bowlers took centre stage to cruise into the last four with a seven-wicket victory over Wiltshire at Corsham.
A superb team effort ensured Wilts were restricted to 175 and even allowed Oxon a laboured chase.
They will now be away to Norfolk in the last four on Sunday, June 28.
Oxfordshire made one late change with Chris Sandbach replacing the injured David Smith, while former England paceman Andy Caddick was absent for Wilts.
Damian Shirazi led the way against his old county with 69 in Oxon’s reply, but they only needed 3.5 runs per over on Corsham’s small ground.
Earlier, Stuart Hole proved the visitors’ most dangerous bowler, taking 3-43 in a ten-over spell.
Richard Gilbert and Daniel Rowe chipped in with two wickets apiece.
With Keith Arnold conceding just 14 runs, Wilts never really recovered.
Oxon simply ticked along.
Chris Sandbach (39) awoke briefly to hit a huge, straight six, but it was fairly pedestrian stuff.
The openers put on 94 for the first wicket, which brought Craig Haupt to the crease.
Shirazi scored 12 fours in his 69 off 118 balls before being bowled.
Haupt hit a six and a four to win it for Oxfordshire as he finished unbeaten on 40.
Nathan Hawkes hit two sixes that sailed over the perimeter wall in his 19 off 13 balls before being caught.
Crucially Wilts never looked dangerous with the ball and ended well-beaten.
Choosing to batWiltshire were immediately in trouble as openers Tom Morton and Joe Breet fell cheaply.
Wilts stumbled to 64-5 and although Michael Coles and James Golding put on 71 for the sixth wicket, Oxon roared back with Gilbert taking three catches to add to his 2-27.
Shahbaz Ali ran out Hibberd with an excellent throw as Wiltshire fell well short of a decent total.
