Warriner School (Bloxham) just squeezed past Cokethorpe in the Under 15 Daily Telegraph Twenty20.
Warriner, who were missing two key players to county duty, rattled up 132-6, with Justin Lambden hitting 44 not out and Chris Williams 29.
Cokethorpe got close, finishing just seven runs short at 124-7.
There was an even more tense finish as Faringdon School beat King Alfred’s (Wantage) by four runs.
Faringdon’s top-scorers were Will Oglesby (27) and Scott Winskill (25), before King Alfred’s were held to 104-8 in a tense finish.
