Katherine O’Connor stormed to victory by nine shots in the Frilford Heath Scratch Salver.
The 19-year-old Tadmarton Heath member shone in wet and blustery conditions to finish on five-under-par.
O’Connor, who plays off plus one, shot a four-under-par 69 on Frilford’s Red Course in the morning and a one-under 71 on the Blue Course in the afternoon.
Danielle Gibb (Rochester & Cobham) edged out home player Jane Binning on countback for second place despite a first round 77.
Gibb followed this up with a 72, while Binning carded 75 and 74.
Lauren Jupp, from Bicester, went one better than last year as she lifted Oxfordshire ladies’ Champion of Champions Trophy at Southfield.
The Studley Wood member finished second to former Oxford Ladies champion Tilly Holder last year, but was a two-stroke winner this time.
Jupp, who plays off five, shot a round of 75, with Henley’s Justine Lawrence second on 77.
Abi Laker, 15, representing Witney Lakes, was edged into third on countback, although she did win the best nett prize.
Studley Wood’s Gemma Clements was crowned Oxfordshire junior girls’ champion after pipping Burford’s Abi Laker at Hadden Hill.
The pair, both five-handicapppers, carded rounds of 80, with Clements claiming the title on countback.
Henley’s Emily Keel, who plays off 24, took the handicap prize with a nett score of 68.
Imogen Vessey (Chipping Norton) won the stableford competition for players with handicaps over 29 with 37 points.
Harriet Hancock (Rye Hill) clinched the six-hole par three event for non-handicappers with 22 points on countback from Bryony Saint (Studley Wood).
