HENLEY Hawks will have an enlarged squad when they start their National 2 South campaign in September.
Hawks are also entering a second team in Canterbury Shield Division 2, which will ensure more players get match action every week.
Henley begin pre-season training on Tuesday, June 16.
GOSFORD All Blacks have appointed Andy Baulch director of rugby.
Baulch, who has worked with Oxford, Bicester, Chinnor and Rugby Lions in the past, joins head coach Alec Smith and assistant Will Brewer.
Full back Murray Stewart will be Gosford’s first team captain, with lock Ed Parker skippering the seconds.
Gosford’s awards dinner saw the following honoured – Dan Thiele (player of the year), Luke Burbidge (young player), Rick Benito (clubman).
PROP Alan Richens won Witney’s player of the season and players’ player titles. Lock Charlie Bennett was U21 player of the season. Lock Charlie Bennett was U21 player of the season, with Will MacBurnie collecting the colts’ prize.
