LEG-SPINNER Juliet Gardner took 4-8 including a hat-trick, and then top-scored, as Oxon Under 13s beat Isle of Wight by nine wickets at Bicester & North Oxford.
Bowling first, captain Laura Marshall clung on to a caught and bowled chance early on, which put the Islanders on the back foot.
Gardner then came into the attack and took four wickets in two overs, two of them courtesy of Suzy Halsey stumpings.
The visitors slumped to 49 all out, before Gardner completed a fine all-round performance to hit 26 not out as Oxon cruised victory inside 11 overs.
