Jones finished with figures of 4-12 and Kumar with 3-17 to secure a 112-run victory and a place in the last four.
Earlier Neil Phillips (92no) had taken Challow to 190-7 despite the best efforts of Stuart Low (4-18).
Malcolm Evans held together Cumnor 2nd's reply to Oxford 3rd's 212-9 to see his side to a tense one-wicket win.
Dipayan Daf had top scored for Oxford with 54 with Harold Porter adding 38, while veteran seamer Pete Burt bagged 5-48.
Oxfordshire under 14 player Musaleen Sadiqi then took 3-78 for the visitors, but Evans kept a cool head to see his side home.
In the second round, an unbroken fourth-wicket partnership between Callum Cater (64no) and Andy Thatcher (55no) saw Buckingham Town 2nd to a seven-wicket win over Great Brickhill 2nd.
Great Brickhill had posted a respectable 192-9, thanks in part to 40 from Andy Higgs, while Dom Pritchard took 4-28 for Town.
Steven Murrey (57), Stephen Wilson (51no) and Justin Parker (43) took Great & Little Tew 2nd to 243-8, which always looked too many against Abingdon Vale 2nd.
Murrey then took 3-27 and Matty Taylor 3-9 as Vale crumbled to 127 all out.
Semi-final draw: Challow & Childrey 2nd v Cumnor 2nd, Buckingham Town 2nd or Bledlow Village 2nd v Great & Little Tew 2nd or Horspath 2nd.
