Abingdon hit back from a goal down to finish their Division 1 South & West season on a high.
Mark Osman fired Totton in front early on, but Abingdon levelled when Luke Holden volleyed home past Totton keeper Gareth Barfoot.
Totton had Ian Richardson sent off for a professional foul, after which, Abingdon took control.
Pablo Haysham, who steered beyond Barfoot to give Abingdon the lead.
A controversial penalty to Totton on the hour saw Sam Warrell save Matthew Robinson’s effort, while Totton’s Barfoot was lucky not to be sent off for handling outside the box.
