Lahana Sparkle, who has just changed kennels and was ordered back for a re-trial after running poorly in an A8, shocked the racing office with a stunning 27.26 trial.
But, in an unprecedented move, the racing manager Gary Baiden has ordered yet another re-trial.
Baiden said: "There was such a vast difference in the times, I had no option."
Kilfern Boy won his first race back after a eight month injury lay-off.
Formerly with retired trainer Gloria Stringer, he is now with Paddy Curtin.
Curtin is very pleased with his latest litter from top grade bitch Tiny Light, a litter sister to former Greyhound-of-the-Year Jo Lightly.
Tiny has whelped a litter of two dogs and eight bitches to top American stud dog Hondo Black.
Rails bookie RIchard Dunn, who ‘threatened’ to wear a Man United shirt for a month if they had beaten Everton in the FA Cup semi-final, has had a lucky escape. He is one of the best turned out on the rails.
