A superb near-post header from Chris Hooper proved decisive in Saxton Rovers' tense 2-1 win over Faringdon Town in the semi-final of the North Berks Cup.
Rovers took the lead after 24 minutes when, with the ball going past Faringdon keeper Chris Webb for an own goal, Michael Beal ensured it crossed the line.
Faringdon equalised in the 44th minute when Gary Sutton headed in.
The winning goal came in the 54th minute when Hooper headed home from a corner.
Faringdon twice had shots cleared off the line in a frantic finish.
In the other semi-final, Lee Hedges and Bryn Ingram scored two apiece as Blewbury edged past AFC Wallingford 4-2.
