Dean Saunders is not the only ex-Oxford United striker returning to the club with Wrexham on Saturday.
There’s our old friend Jefferson Louis, the former Thame United and U’s centre forward, who has had more clubs than Jack Nicklaus.
Louis, who has scored 15 goals this season, got the second when Wrexham beat United 2-0 at the Racecourse Ground at the start of the season.
He played very well that night and will be a tough opponent for Chris Willmott. But Wrexham’s play-off hopes George Morris will be presented with the Kevin Durham Memorial Cup by Kevin’s brother Tony before kick-off at the Kassam Stadium tomorrow.
George, a midfielder from Headington, who is described as not unlike Adam Murray, has been picked out as the most promising Under 15 schoolboy in Oxfordshire.
In the Oxford United season ticket chart, published in Thursday's Oxford Mail, the date in the Earlybird holders renewal column should have read 29/05/09 not 03/07/09.
