Steven Sheard won the first game with a 12,440-10,20 victory over John Scoones, including breaks of 7,110 and 7,310.
The leaders hit back to take the next two games through Maxi McDonell (7,969) and unbeaten Ian Moquet (9,710, break 8,000).
Keith Sheard levelled the match, scoring 10,940 (break 9,960) against Gary Johnson.
In the decider, Mark Trafford held his nerve to beat Paul Lawson 6,040-2,550.
Section 1 side Berinsfield posted a 4-1 win over Premier side Vikings Club, thanks to Sandra Tebby (2,650), Geoff Mace (5,730), Tony Broadway (2,000) and Dave Lyne (3,660).
