Spartan Rangers also reached the last four with a 2-1 win over West Witney.
Ben Border and John Andrews scored their goals, with James Clarke replying.
In the Junior Cup, FC Chequers upset Bampton Res, who are from a division above, with a 2-1 victory.
Dan Paintin netted for Bampton, but strikes from Dan Harwood and Steve Foster put Chequers through.
Goals from Warwick Thompkins, Chris Mason and Reece Warner-Carter saw Chipping Norton Town to a 3-1 win over FC Mills, who replied through Mev Gundem.
Hanborough Res beat Spartan Rangers Res 2-1, thanks to goals from Martin Kyle and Chris Leach. Richard Forward replied.
Luke Simmons (2), Will Smalden and Jason Lonsdale found the back of the net as North Leigh A squeezed to a 4-3 victory against Kingham AB.
Chris Mills (2) and Sam Philpott replied for Kingham.
Dave Cooper’s four-timer helped Stanton Harcourt to a 5-1 win over AFC Marlborough in the Supplementary Cup quarter-final.
Dan Hackett scored the other, with Bruce Wilson replying.
