Sean Gibson fired Fairview ahead, only for Alex Reid to level.
Strikes from Mathew Franks and a Craig Beal penalty then wrapped it up for Fairview.
In league action, Union Street won 3-2 at North Oxford Res, thanks to a brace from Adam Smith and a Crispin Angood strike.
Ray Chola and Karim Sekkatt replied for North Oxford.
