Oxfordshire begin their quest for the County Championship Plate on Monday with their first training session.
Cokethorpe School ‘s Gareth Rees and Chinnor’s Richard Williams have taken over from John Brodley as coaches.
Players will train at Oxford RFC from 7pm on March 23 and 30 and the coaches hope to select a strong squad.
Oxon are in Pool 3 of the Plate where they will host Dorset & Wilts at Chinnor on May 2, and visit Essex at Eton Manor on May 16.
Captain Alex Stevenson kicked four penalties as Oxon lost their National Under 20 Championship clash at Berkshire 27-12.
