Banbury reached the Oxon Colts Cup final with a 28-6 victory over Bicester.
Centres Jed Boyle (2) and Jamie Heywood plus flanker Jason Warren scored their tries, with fly half Joe Mills converting all four.
Bicester fly half Sam Butler slotted two penalties in reply.
Banbury will meet Oxford Academy in the final after they beat Witney 30-19.
