Steph Mobbs was a hat-trick heroine as Oxford City Ladies crushed Berinsfield 5-1 in the Oxfordshire Cup semi-final.
Mobbs turned smartly in the box to fire City into a sixth-minute lead.
However, it wasn’t until the 44th minute that they doubled their advantage when Lauren Carnell finished off a well-worked set-piece.
Mobbs made it 3-0 on the hour, before Berinsfield pulled one back.
An exquisite lob saw Mobbs complete her hat-trick, before Steph Kubat sealed victory with a good finish in the bottom corner.
Now City face Launton, who beat Oxford United 3-0 in the other semi, in the final at Ardley United on Sunday, April 26.
Sarah Snowdon smashed a hat-trick as Ducklington cruised into the semi-finals of the Thames Valley Women’s League Plate with an 8-0 victory over Olney Town.
Helena Barnard opened the scoring with a strike from the edge of the area.
This was quickly followed by a second as Snowdon tapped in from close range.
A cheeky lob from Karen Slatter made it 3-0 by half-time.
In the second half, Samantha Talbot made it 4-0 with a back-heel shot from five yards, before Snowdon bagged two more to complete her hat-trick.
Slatter added her second, and a great headed goal from Debbie Richards completed the rout.
