Mid Oxon Under 14s ran out 2-0 winners away to Nuneaton in the Warwickshire Cup semi-final.
Declan Shepperd gave Mid Oxon an early lead from the penalty spot after he was brought down in the area.
And Mid Oxon, with skipper James Gough marshalling the defence well, clinched victory 15 minutes from time when Ciaran Murphy fired home a low shot at the near post.
Now Mid Oxon face Erdington and Saltley in the final at a venue and on a date to be announced.
In their previous encounter, Mid Oxon won 3-2 at Cheltenham in the Vale Cup, with second-half goals from Darren Eyles, Dom Belcher and Josh Burnham.
