Headington Amateurs 0

Tytherington Rocks 1 (Greenland 90)

An injury time winner from Mark Greenland condemned Headington to defeat in Division 1 West.

Luke Cuff should have put Headington ahead in the first half, but shot wide after clever interplay with Darren Smith.

In an increasingly scrappy second half, a goalless draw looked on the cards, until Greenland broke away in added time to slot home the winner.

Wootton Bassett Tn 1 (Banks 39)

Clanfield 0

Clanfield lost out to a 39th-minute Ryan Banks deflected goal in a match where the Robins included 40-year-olds Chris Hunt and Rupert MacFarlane with six players out injured.

The goal came as Clanfield gave the ball away in midfield and Banks drilled home a shot that took a deflection off Olly Oswin.

Earlier, Nathan Harris had gone close with a 20-yard effort.

Bassett came out strong in the second Half and Tom Ritchie's shot hit a post.

Cheltenham Saracens 2 (Bish 4, Finch 67)

Letcombe 1 (Claydon 22)

Letcombe's poor run of form continued as they narrowly lost in Gloucestershire.

The home side went in front early on as Jamie Bish fired home, but Letcombe hit back midway through the half when Richard Claydon levelled from a Tom Broad pass.

Broad spurned a fine chance to put Letcombe in front before the break, when, having done the hard work, he was denied by the Saracens’ keeper.

Midway through the second half, Cheltenham sealed the points with an unstoppable 30-yard strike from Marcus Finch.
