Bicester and Oxford City veteran Dave Kuester was again in fine form at the Combined British Masters Pentathlon at the Lee Valley Centre in Enfield.
Competing in the 60-65 year-old category, Kuester won gold in the 60m hurdles in a personal best of 12.71secs.
He also won the long jump competition with a leap of 3.59, before taking silver in the shot, throwing 10.12m.
White Horse Harrier John Peake put in a string of fine performances to finish fourth in the Vet 40 Pentathlon.
Peake clocked 11.8secs in the 60m hurdles, leapt 4.25m in the long jump, cleared 1.48m in the high jump, threw 7.39m in the shot and clocked 3.11.23 in the 1000m for a points total of 2,186.
Also competing was fellow White Horse Harrier Richard Jegou in the combined Vets AC and Eastern Vets V60 shot, which he won with a throw of 11.11m.
