Marcham finished with a flourish to record a 2-0 home win over Buckingham Athletic Res in the Berks & Bucks Junior Cup quarter-finals.
Phil Stokes broke the deadlock with 15 minutes left when he rose to head in from a corner.
Eight minutes later it was all over as Tommy Cousins set up Wes Costar to score from six yards.
Martin Webb had gone closest for Marcham in a goalless first half, during which visiting keeper Simon Rolfe made several fine saves.
Buckingham hit back strongly after the break, and Tristan Barret pulled off a smart save with his legs.
Now Marcham face Alpha Arms Accademicals in the semi-finals on Saturday, March 14.
The other semi-final is between P & IC United and Newbury Res.
