Although Bletchingdon have a superior goal difference, Garsington have four games in hand on their rivals.
After a goalless first half, Byron Curtain headed them in front from a corner ten minutes from time.
Alex Fosaranil secured the points late on.
Bletchingdon crashed to a 3-1 defeat against Oxford University Press.
Former OUP player Lee Kilpin gave Bletchingdon the lead, only for Jay Bargh to put through his own net.
A Matty Spooner double then sealed it for OUP.
Elliott O’Brien and Sam Gordon both scored twice as Horspath won 5-2 at Rover Cowley.
Paul Cooper got their other, while Luke Bremner andWayne Desmond replied.
Jason Hallett hammered a hat-trick as ten-man Marston Saints fought back from 2-0 down to beat Stonesfield 5-3.
Trailing to a Chris Jordon strike, Marston were reduced to ten men when Andy Berry was sent off for two bookings.
After the break, James Clarke doubled their lead.
But braces from Stuart Wise and Hallett saw Marston go 4-2 up.
Jordon clawed one back for Stonesfield with his second, but Hallett completed his treble to seal victory.
A second-half goal from Gary Crook sealed a 1-0 win for Adderbury Park at Kennington.
Enstone won 4-0 at home to Chadlington, with both sides having a man sent off.
A Paul Allen double saw Enstone take a 2-0 lead, before Tony Bott was red-carded for a foul on Jack Eley.
After the break, James Watkins and Owen Hunt wrapped it up, before Eley was sent off for arguing with the referee.
In Division 1, ten-man Kidlington Old Boys won 4-0 against Oakley.
Strikes from Andy Carter and Chris Fujak saw Kidlington take a 2-0 lead.
Kidlington went a man down when keeper Wayne Foster was red-carded for arguing with the referee.
A second-half brace from strDaniel Jones sealed it.
Goals from Paul Connelly, Stuart White and Chris Heritage saw Middleton Cheney to a 3-1 win at Yarnton.
Graham Eagle replied.
Leaders Garsington Res fought back to win 2-1 at North Oxford Res, Ronnie Kabewebwe scoring the winner.
Jon Ramsey gave Oxford the lead, only for second half substitute Sean Flaherty to level.
Aaron Davis notched a four-timer as Bardwell won 5-0 at Eynsham Res.

Sean Masterton hit a second-half winner as Slade Farm United won 1-0 against Long Crendon in Division 2.
Fritwell thrashed Slade Farm United Res 6-1 away from home in Division 3, with Dan Sweeney(2), Lewis Byfield, Gordon Young, David Iglus, and Steve Huntley on target. David Beckley replied.
Freeland Res striker Ben Glastonbury was taken to hospital after suffering concussion during their 2-1 win at Adderbury Park Res.
Glastonbury was injured after a nasty clash of heads half-an-hour into the game.
Paul Salter gave Freeland the lead, only for Toby Hone to level, before Ben Sadler hammered in the winner.
