John Fathers Oxfordshire Junior Shield holders Ducklington’s reign came to a crushing end with a 5-1 battering by Witney & District FA Premier Division rivals Brize Norton in the quarter-finals.
Dave Wanless led the way with a brace, and there were further strikes for Dan King, Chris Marshall and Dan Frizell.
Stu Cutts replied for Ducklington.
Now Brize face North Berks League Division 2 side Benson, who beat Kingham All Blacks 3-1.
Nick Skiller bagged a hat-trick, with Sam Philpotts on target for Kingham.
Spartan Rangers edged past Witney & District FA Premier Division rivals Witney Royals 4-2 after extra-time.
The sides were locked together at 2-2 after full-time, with Rory Dunseath’s brace for Spartan being cancelled out by goals from Jamie Kennedy and Stephen Reynolds.
But it was Spartan who were stronger in extra time with Nick Brown and Gavin Kominek netting to snatch victory.
Spartan will meet Witney & District FA Division 3 leaders FC Chequers in the last four after they despatched Division 1 outfit Combe 2-1.
Kevin Davies and Dan Harwood were on target for Chequers, with Martin Reeves replying.
