Lewis Haldane has every right to look to the heavens after being withdrawn from the England C friendly in Malta next week.
This is a good thing for Oxford United, but is still somewhat confusing.
The Football Association say it was an administrative error which led to Haldane being called up, because he had already played for Wales Under 21s.
How then did John Dempster play for the England C National Game XI in 2006 then, when he had previously played for Scotland Under 21s?
