A line-out in the snow
Snow was no barrier to a Gosford All Blacks XV taking the field at Stratfield Brake on Saturday – as this picture shows.
Gosford lost 21-10 to touring side Flameheads on a day when most rugby players were wrapped up warmly indoors.
I can only presume both teams had no trouble seeing the ball on the white surface!
Gosford’s first team saw their BB&O Premier Division fixture at Swindon College postponed, so were unable to build on their 100 per cent record in 2009.
