Lee Kilpin was the hero with a second-half double as leaders Bletchingdon twice came from behind to secure a 4-2 home win over Enstone in the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division.
Jack Barrett capitalised on a defensive mix-up to give Enstone the lead only for Andy White to level.
Paul Allen looped a header over the Bletchingdon keeper to give the advantage back to Enstone, but the home side equalised again through Todd Parker-Hunt’s solo effort.
Bletchingdon took charge in the second half and Kilpin netted twice to clinch victory.
Colin Ryan and Tyrone Brackett scored two goals apiece as Garsington advertised their title credentials with a thumping 5-0 win at Chadlington. Jelroy Constant added a fifth in the second half.
Mattie Spooner scored twice to set Oxford University Press on the way to a 3-2 home win over Rover Cowley.
He headed Press into a sixth-minute lead only for Rover to equalise on the half-hour mark through a Luke Bremner header.
Spooner restored Press’s lead in first half injury time, and Steve McMahon made it 3-1 two minutes into the second half.
Bremner headed his second nine minutes from time, but Press held on.
In Division 1, Rocky Whitting hit a four-timer as leaders Garsington Res crushed Eynsham 6-1.
Adam Reynolds completed their tally with Melvin Gordon replying.
Fritwell ran out 3-1 winners at Kidlington Old Boys.
Early goals from Adam Faria and Dan Price saw Fritwell take charge, before Danny Burrows blasted a penalty wide for Kidlington.
Rui Matos hit Fritwell’s third in the second half, before Tony Skinner pulled one back.
Bertie Proctor’s brace saw Watlington fight back for a 2-2 draw at North Oxford.
Liam Boggs and Jon Ramsey had given North a two-goal advantage.
In Division 2, Greg Jones hit a hat-trick as Mansfield Road thrashedLong Crendon 7-0.
David Kay, Eric Boorman, Jon Ashton and Joel Lazarus also netted.
Owen Bryce’s cracking strike was gave Bletchington Res a 1-0 win at Broughton & North Newington. Yarnton Res made in four wins out of four in January with a 4-0 home win over Oxford University Press Res.
Tom Nee, Andrew Wilson, John Webb and Tom Miller scored.
Slade Farm and Freeland shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw.
Lee Clack gave Slade a half-time lead only for Daniel Taylor to equalise. AFC Hinksey got back to winning ways with a thumping 5-1 victory over Chadlington Res.
Gavin Preston (2), Toby Webster, Martino Ventrigula and Stevie Haines made up Hinskey’s tally.
In Division 3, Kieron Johnson headed a last-minute winner as Marston Saints Res edged out Oakley Res 3-2.
Johnson was completing a brace, with their other strike an own goal. Jamie Smith and John Armreplied.
Chris Smith’s first-minute goal gave Slade Farm Res a hard-fought 1-0 victory at struggling Charlton Res. Fritwell Res came from behind to post a 2-1 win over Long Crendon Res.
Dan Sweeney and David Iglus scored for Fritwell.
Freeland Res shared the goals around in a 5-1 home win over Adderbury Park Res.
Chris Palmer, Ben Sadler, Chris Gilkes, Paul Salter and Adam Longford, with a penalty, netted for Freeland.
