Oxford City & County’s Dean May missed out on the Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire under 25 singles title as he went down to Foxhill’s John Richardson in the final at Oxford & District.
May beat Foxhill’s Mark Ludlow in the semi-finals, while Richardson overcame Handy Cross’s Dan Cole.
Richardson now goes on to represent the area in the English finals at Melton Mowbray at the end of December.
