Oxfordshire Under 18s crashed 2-0 against Dorset in the first round of their Mick Parry Cup clash at Sherborne Town.
In torrential rain, Oxford-shire had the better of the exchanges in a goalless first half.
After the break, two headed goals in the space of four minutes just before the hour put paid to Oxon’s hopes.
Even after this purple patch for the home side, Oxon still created plenty of chances, but failed to put any of them away.
