Billy Beechers struck in injury time for the second successive Division 1 South & West game to earn Abingdon United a point at Taunton Town.
The former Oxford United striker, who grabbed a last-gasp winner at Andover the previous week, this time fired through a crowd of players for Abingdon’s equaliser at the death.
Taunton should have taken the lead within 30 seconds, but Leon Taswell headed straight into the arms of Sam Warrell.
Anaclet Odhiambo had a good chance for Abingdon midway through the first half, but dragged his shot wide of the far post.
Taunton took the lead in the 33rd minute when Abingdon allowed the ball to bounce through to the back post where John Harris smashed it home.
Warrell turned Danny Lane’s shot around a post after the break.
Matthew Biddle came on for Odhiambo on the hour and had an immediate impact, bundling home Luke Holden’s cross from two yards for the equaliser and his first goal for Abingdon.
Simpson restored Taun-ton’s lead in the 66th minute, hammering the ball home from a corner.
It looked as if Taunton were going to take all three points, but Beechers came to Abingdon’s rescue in the dying seconds.
