Didcot Town are set to give a debut to teenager Ian Sampson after signing him on loan from Oxford United.
The 17-year-old right back, who was United's young player of the year last season, is added to the squad for Tuesday night's Southern League GX Cup first-round game against Swindon Supermarine.
He was going to play in Saturday's league game against Taunton, but was called up by United's youth team.
Didcot boss Stuart Peace said: "Mickey Lewis (U's assistant manager) is keen for their young players to gain senior football experience."
Young Tom Buckner is set to start in goal for the Railwaymen, who will be without the suspended Richard Witt.
Banbury United welcome back Tommy Kinch, Troy Bryan and Nicky Gordon for their trip to Abingdon United.
Howard Forinton is fit again after suffering a head injury against Burnham.
Abingdon will be without Ben Weedon, who is cup-tied.
