North Leigh 2 (Hope 27, Simms 47)
Cirencester Tn 1 (Wimble 63)
Goals from Liam Hope and Mark Simms moved North Leigh up to seventh in Division 1 South & West.
The home side made the early running, and were rewarded when Hope played a one-two with Simms, before firing under Cirencester keeper Tim King.
Two minutes later, a dazzling run and cross from Ben Reardon, left five defenders in his wake, but Simms's shot was scrambled away.
North Leigh's debutant keeper Lee Farrow was tested by a rising Matt Williams shot, while at the other end, Andy Helby hit a post.
Two minutes after the break, North Leigh doubled their lead when Chris Allen's goalbound strike was deftly touched home by Simms.
Cirencester pulled one back through ex-Oxford City man Shaun Wimble, but neither keeper was tested again as North Leigh held on.
