Oxford City could add another £12,500 to their prizemoney pot should they upset the odds and beat Eastbourne Borough on Saturday.
So far they have netted £13,500 from the most famous competition in the world.
It would have been more, but they gave Bracknell £1,500 after the Berkshire club were thrown out of the FA Cup for fielding an ineligible player against City.
It saw City get a second chance in the Cup.
They won a further £4,500 for beating Tiverton 2-1 in the second qualifying round, thanks to goals from James Faulkner and Michael Lyon.
They then won another £7,500 after winning 2-1 against Chesham in the last round, George Redknap and Faulkner on target for City.
