John Brodley begins his reign as Oxford Harlequins coach tomorrow with a home game against Chippenham in South West 1.

Brodley has gone for experience by restoring Anthony Cope to his customary scrum half position, with Mark Forth at fly half and Andy Noyce on the wing.

Huw Jones returns at full back, while back-row forward Ali Widdop, a signing from Newbury, is among the replacements.

"We have had two really good sessions focusing on Chippenham as an opposition and putting together a team we hope is capable of winning.

"Although I'm totally responsible for Quins results, I also have some very good coaches alongside me in Tony Edney and John Gunter.

"We are working very hard as a team of three."

Wallingford coach Chris Norrington is happy to concentrate on his own team ahead of tomorrow's South West 2 East trip to Trowbridge.

The Wiltshire side sent a 'spy' to watch Wallingford's cup victory over Salisbury last week.

But Norrington said: "We have got to make sure of our own performance.

"The best I have done on them is look at their website, which didn't tell me that much."

Stuart Mount starts at hooker in place of the absent Tom Hill, while Shaun Bailey replaces Pete Thorns, who has had staples in a head wound sustained last week, in the back row.

Pete Strang comes in on the wing for the injured Jackson Sayce and will take over as kicker.

Henry Venners moves to centre with Angus Brettel shifting to full back.

Scrum half Gareth Campbell should make his first league appearance of the season for Witney when they visit Aylesbury in Southern Counties North.

Campbell has been out injured, while fellow backs Aaron Tustin and Adam Hicks return to the squad.

Bicester will be without teenager Alec Warriner (dislocated shoulder) and captain Anthony Lewis (unavailable) for their trip to Oxfordshire rivals Chipping Norton.
