FORMER Oxford United striker Andy Scott may have given a helping hand to Oxford City ahead of Saturday's big Cup tie against Eastbourne Borough.
The Brentford boss has refused permission for Eastbourne to play former Oxford United defender Karleigh Osborne, who is on loan at the Sussex club until November.
Scott does not want the 20-year-old cup-tied.
Osborne spent a successful month at the Kassam Stadium before being recalled by the Bees, despite a bid by United boss Darren Patterson to keep him for longer.
