FA County Youth Cup Oxfordshire fought back from 2-0 behind to beat Surrey 5-4 on penalties after their first round tie ended 2-2.
Falling behind after just three minutes, Surrey extended their lead before half-time.
Rob Johnson (Old Woodstock) converted a penalty after 75 minutes to give Oxon hope, and then Chris Brougham (Thame Utd) headed home in the last minute to force extra time.
And Brougham then converted the crucial penalty as Oxon edged to victory.
