All four Oxfordshire sides were dumped out of the EDF Energy Senior Vase at the second-round stage, but only three actually took the field.
Witney, Chipping Norton and Grove were all beaten, while Bicester gave Cirencester a walkover.
Widden Old Boys defeated Witney 21-9 at Hailey Road after pulling away in the final five minutes.
Witney scrummaged well early on, with the new-look front row of Matt Brocklebank, Brad Groebblar and Alan Richens to the fore.
Their pressure was rewarded with debutant fly half Dan Wheeler slotting a penalty.
Widden hit back with a penalty from their loose-head prop.
Witney flanker Tim Muller burst through, but delayed his pass too long and the chance was lost.
Widden took the lead with a well-worked try, while Wheeler slotted a second penalty before half- time.
James Lamb, Chris Murray, Joe Collins and Lewis Collins all threatened, but Widden's defence held firm.
Wheeler and Widden's kicker exchanged penalties for 11-9.
But Widden sealed victory with a late converted try and penalty.
Chipping Norton also suffered late on in their 51-29 defeat at Gordon League.
They trailed only 35-29 with ten minutes to go, but finished with 13 men after losing two players to injury.
Only five of last week's starting line-up featured this time, so Chippy weren't too downhearted.
Grove lost 38-6 at home to Chosen Hill Former Pupils.
