Chinnor will host Macclesfield in round two of the EDF Energy National Trophy on November 22 after being transferred into the northern section.
An inbalance in the draw meant Chinnor were chosen to move up to host the National 3 North side.
Henley Hawks have also been handed a home draw in the southern section, against Hertford of London 1.
