John Scoones defeated Pauline Withey 6,270-1,260 in the first game, with Butch Lawson beating Mark Trafford 4,660-1,800.
Pete Lee then accounted for Robin Godfrey 9,260-1,870.
Maxi McDonnell put Keith Sheard on the back foot with an opening break of 11,900 in his score of 14,500.
The final game saw Stephen Sheard save the leaders' blushes, scoring 16,660 (break 10,750) for a consolation point.
Masons B saw off Gladiators Club 4-1.
Chris Webb scored 14,800, including a excellent break of 10,100.
Andy Webb (6,420) made it 2-0.
Bert Lovegrove (6,060) pulled a game back, only to see Dave Butt (5,820) and Phil Light (3,080) wrap up victory.
All-England champion Phil Collins (20,980, break 20,770) and Dave Tooke (10,260, break 10080) put Didcot Conservative Club 2-1 up at Dolphin A.
A fine comeback saw Jimmy Robson (12,840, breaks 6,700 & 6,140) and Simon Ellam (8,330) hit back for a 3-2 win.
Corner House entertained Berinsfield Club and won 3-2.
In the opener Ian Moss missed the last behind the black to let in Dave Lyne (4,400) and Geoff Mace (7,500, break 5,500) put the visitors 2-1 up.
Bob Allsworth (7,900) and Mike Jones (10,600) then took the match.
In an all-Section 1 affair, Nelson B recorded their first win with a 3-2 success against Masons A.
Lewis Stratford (5,070), Dave Bartlett (6,410) and Sean Stratford (6,980) won for the hosts, while Martyn Wood (5,070, break 3,100) and Alan Lowe (3,140) replied.
Section 2 leaders Democrats beat Shelley Arms 5-0, with Billy Hill (8,740), Richard Garrett (3,640), Bob Parsons (3,820) Terry Green (3,660) and John Patey (11,000) all victorious.
