Goalkeeper Nick Lacey saved two penalties as Slade Farm United pulled off a shock 3-1 penalty shoot-out win against Premier Division outfit Eynsham in the Oxfordshire Senior League President's Cup.
The first-round tie had been locked at 3-3 after extra-time.
Eynsham's opener from Andy Glossup, was cancelled out by Owen Suter.
After the break, Glossup headed his second, before Rob Alexander's strike forced extra time.
In the first period, Eynsham again took the lead through Chris Taylor, only for Alexander to level.
In the shoot-out, Lacey saved two kicks, with Eynsham missing the other.
But Matthew Blenford, Jamie Philcox and Adam Barker converted their penalties to send Slade through.
Garsington needed extra-time to beat ten-man Rover Cowley 3-1.
Colin Ryan fired Garsington ahead, only for Paul Bough to equalise.
Ryan Macer restored Garsington's lead in extra time.
Minutes later, Rover were reduced to ten men when Steve Foote was sent off for a bad challenge.
Jelroy Constant scored Garsington's third.
Charlton pulled off a surprise 2-1 win Kennington, who had brothers Richard and Stuart Dunham sent off.
Ritchie Knight and Chris Stalker gave Charlton a 2-0 lead, before Kennington's Richard Dunham was sent off for retaliation.
Andy Dyer reduced the deficit with a powerful shot, then Stuart Dunham was sent off for kicking out.
Mansfield Road thrashed Division 1 outfit Watlington 5-0, with goals from Tom Brown (2), Greg Jones (2) and Joel Lazarus.

Dave Cooper hit a double as Freeland won 4-0 against Kidlington Old Boys at Enstone's ground.

A superb second-half comeback from Marston Saints was in vain as they lost 3-2 to Hinksey.
Jerome McCalmon (2) and Marlon James gave Hinksey a three-goal cushion only for goal from Ashley Duckett and Josh Carr to set up an exciting finale.

After the break, OUP levelled when Andy Gray's corner went straight in.
