Henley Hawks made it four wins in a row in National 3 South by defeating Richmond 28-19 at Dry Leas.
Tommy Turner's penalty put Hawks ahead after four minutes, but Richmond came back strongly with a try from hooker Ed Rosa.
Scrum half Kris Greene then seized on a bouncing ball to race in for a try that Matt Hart converted.
Henley raised their game with full back Neil Baggett stopped just short and Turner slotted two more penalties.
Three minutes after the break, James Gaunt and Baggett set up a try for Jack Shaylor, converted by Turner.
Hawks' forward dominance led to further scores from prop Hugo Milford-Scott and Gaunt, Turner converting the latter.
Henley's hunt for a bonus point was hampered by yellow cards for flanker Stean Williams and centre Danny Wells.
Replacement fly half Alastair Simmie scored Richmond's third try, with Hart converting.
