Jackson Sayce's last-minute penalty earned Wallingford a pulsating 33-31 home victory over Swanage & Wareham in South West 2 East.
Wallingford looked set to lose their three-year unbeaten record at the Hithercroft after Swanage's Phil Graves slotted a penalty two minutes from time.
But their forwards kept pressing and gave wing Sayce the chance to complete an 18-point haul.
Graves and Sayce traded penalties early on before lock Mike Turner pounced on a poor Swanage lineout to power in, Sayce converting.
Turner crashed over for his second from a forwards move started by No 8 Ian Jeffrey.
Swanage centre Mike Cottrell scored from a quick tap and Graves's conversion made it 18-10 at the break.
Sayce bagged the try of the match following a move that began in the home 22.
Swanage hit back with two Graves penalties, the second coming after Jeffrey had been yellow-carded, and an Olly Andrews try.
Richard Turner's try, created by Johnny Collett, and Sayce's conversion gave Wallingford apparent security before replacement flanker Pete Thorns was sin-binned for an 'aggressive tackle'.
John Sheldrake forced his way over a for a try converted by Graves, who then kicked the penalty Swanage thought had won the game.
