North Leigh 0
Windsor & Eton 1 (Butler 45)
North Leigh were undone by a header from a set-piece on the stroke of half-time as Windsor & Eton edged a close Division 1 South & West game at Eynsham Park.
A minute's applause was held before kick-off in remembrance of North Leigh's secretary and treasurer Les Reynolds who died the previous Sunday.
Richard Barrett was the busier of the two keepers in the first half, denying Andrew Fagan and Michael Chennells.
But he could not prevent centre-half Steve Butler heading home the winning goal from a free-kick.
Andy McCabe's rising shot, which brought a fingertip save from Rob Bullivant, was the closest North Leigh came to drawing level in the second half.
North Leigh: Barrett, Reardon, Helby, Cooper, Huxley, Dodds, Burnell, McCabe, Simms (Wright 65 ), Hope, Hutter (Dennis 80). Subs not used: Sadler, Threlfall.
