Chinnor will defend flanker Angus Neilson at next month's RFU disciplinary hearing after he was cited for an illegal tackle.
Neilson was cited by Henley Hawks following the tackle on Jack Shaylor in their National 3 clash at Kinsgey Road on September.
Chinnor coach Jason Bowers said: "We'll definitely challenge it of course.
"Having watched the DVD and taken advice from a number of people, we'll go down there with our defence on October 6.
"Hopefully it will go well."
Chinnor visit Bridgwater & Albion in National 3 tomorrow with two changes from the squad that won 23-19 at Barking last week.
In the back row, Ed Rixon replaces Harry Jackman, who is on best man duty at a wedding.
James Serrano comes in for Pip Seymour (ankle) after scoring a hat-trick of tries for Chinnor's second team.
Bowers added: "It was nice to break our duck and take a win away from home.
"Barking came back very strongly in the second half.
"The thing we are finding this season is that if you make a mistake, sides are capable of punishing you.
"To our credit, we did that twice last week."
Henley Hawks welcome back centre Angelo Flammia for their first visit to newly-promoted Worthing.
Flammia, an RAF officer, played for the International XV against the Heroes XV in Saturday's big charity match at Twickenham.
Prop Glyn Hoosen-Owen and flanker Stean Williams should both have shrugged off ankle injuries, but centre Danny Wells has a back problem.
This will probably be lock Shaun English's last Henley game for a while as he is off to study at Newcastle Univ- ersity.
Steve Green has returned from service in Afghanistan and has immediately started training.
