Duncan Griffin, Matt Lane, Dan Haggie and Scott Akers were also on the mark for Hanborough, with Ian Steele bagging Bampton's solitary reply.
Dave Wanless was another hat-trick hero as Brize Norton romped to a 7-1 win against Cassington.
Chris Drabwell (2), Ian Smith and Matt Townsend were also on target, with Karl Steele netted for Cassington.
Chris Catchpole's late goal gave Witney Royals a 3-2 win at Ducklington.
Earlier strikes by Jamie Kennedy and Steve Brasier for Witney had been cancelled out by Martin Ferreira and Matt Gorman.
Nick Brown struck twice in Spartan Rangers's 4-1 win over Charlbury Town.
Ben Border and Craig Isle also scored, with Charlbury replying through Sam Cleaver.
West Witney eased to a 4-0 victory against Minster Lovell.
Matt Townsend bagged a brace, with Dale Hartless and Alex Vaughan also on target, while Minster keeper Chris King saved a penalty.
In Division 1, visitors Combe thrashed Milton 8-0.
There were doubles for Tim Wyatt, Martin Reeves and Simon Baker, with Tom Sharp and Matt Currell scoring the others.
North Leigh A beat Ducklington Res 2-0, with second-half goals coming from Jason Lonsdale and Matt Scrivener.
Aston saw off Brize Norton Res 6-2.
Phil Caswell led the way with a brace, with Kevin Alcraft, Matt Brown, Martin Limmer and Lester Sillence also netting. Grant Smith bagged both Brize goals.
Witney Wanderers emerged with a 5-4 win against AC Finstock.
Chris Bennell grabbed two, with Bernie Crumlish, Roger Pereira and Luke Rippon also on target.
Mike Smith (2), Craig Horne and Jamie Claridge were netted for Finstock.
In Division 2, Dan Harwood grabbed his third hat-trick in three matches to help FC Chequers to a 3-1 win over Southrop.
Simon Williams replied for Southrop with a stunning free-kick.
Shaun Weller also hit a hat-trick as Chipping Norton Town cruised to a 6-2 victory over Two Rivers.
Rhys Warner-Carter added a brace, with Ryan Green also on the mark, while Lee Moseley replied with a double for Rivers.
Ethan Penny bagged a brace in Tackley's 3-1 victory against FC Nomads.
Nick Pickup was also on target, with Mark Thomas netting a penalty for Nomads.
Tom Gonzales smashed a hat-trick in Wootton's 7-4 home win over West Witney Res.
Liam Keen (2), Ian Jarvis and Russ Bracey scored the others, while Tony McLeman replied with a treble for West Witney, with Tom Grantham also on target.
Kingham Res and Spartan Rangers Res drew 3-3.
Henry Clarke, Nikita Edwards and Craig Halkett scored for Spartan, with Sam Philpott (2) and Dan Davies replying.
Wychwood Forest and Hanborough Res also drew 3-3. Goals from Wychwood's Chris Read, Lee Travers and Ian Read were cancelled out by Dan Smith (2) and Kevin Clarke.
In Division 3, Matt Hutton grabbed FC Chequers Res's winner in a 2-1 victory over FC Mills.
Stuart George had put Chequers in front, only for Dwayne Knipe to level.
Cody Davies and Billy Carter each grabbed hat-tricks as Minster Lovell Res trounced Milton Res 8-1.
Jamie Cross and Andrew Forteath were also on target, with Arrun Baker replying.
In the Jack Busby Cup preliminary round, Dan Sollis hit a hat-trick in extra-time to give Wychwood Forest Res a 4-2 win over Combe Res.
Chris Jones scored Wychwood's other goal, with Ryan Stock and Marcus Boon replying.
