City of Oxford stormed to victory in the third round of the Milton Keynes Junior League.

Emma Lomas won the girls' 12 and under 50m breaststroke and 50m freestyle, with Molly Williamson triumphing in the 50m backstroke.

Georgina King-Smith claimed the 11 and under girls 50m backstroke, while Bethany Melville enjoyed victory in the 10 and under 50m butterfly.

Katie King-Smith, Jaime Morris, Lily Seaward and Emily Wood struck gold for the 9 & under girls medley relay.

Not to be outdone, Joe Addy (9 & under boys) won the 25m backstroke and with William Cross, Hannes Hafsted and George Hudson took first place in the medley relay.

To round off the event, the cannon consisting of Lomas, Cross, Isobel Rundle, Bethany Melville, Will Ormerod, Lucy Smith, Finn Goodall and Tom Ruddell struck gold.

Result: 1 City of Oxford 222pts, 2 Luton 190, 3 Maidenhead 168, 4 Milton Keynes 167, 5 Linslade 145, 6 Newport Pagnell 112.

Alex Chung(11&under) came 2nd in 50m breaststroke, Finn Goodall took 3rd place in both 50m back and 50 fly. They were joined by Finch and Ormerod to come 3rd in freestyle relayand Finch and Monaghan for 3rd in the medley relay.

Jack Gosden-Kaye(12&under) finished 2nd in 50m breast stroke and Tom Ruddell 3rd in 50m free.

To round off the event, the cannon consisting of To Rundle, Cross, Melville, Ormerod, Smith, Goodall, Lomas and Ruddell struck gold.

For the 12& under girls Emma Lomas came home first in both to 50m freestyle & 50m breast stroke. Molly Williamson came first in 50m backstroke and second in 50m butterfly. They were joined by Natasha Finch and Emma Sherwood to take second place in both the freestyle and medley relays.

Georgina King-Smith led the way for the 11&under girls coming first in 50m backstroke. Lucy Smith came 2nd in 50m butterfly, Elizabeth Oliver was 2nd in 50m breast stroke and Millie Royal, 3rd in 50mfreestyle. Together they won both the freestyle and medley relays.

The 10&under girls kept up the pace as Bethany Melville won the 50m butterfly and took 2nd in 50m freestyle. Lucy Gaen finished 2nd in 50m backstroke and Lucy Millington was 3rd in 50m breast stroke. They were joined by Celia Bickersteth to take second spot in both the freestyle and medley relays.

Katie King-Smith, Jaime Morris, Lily Seaward and Emily Wood struck gold for the 9&under girls medley relay. King-Smith, Morris & Wood were joined by Isobel Rundle to take 3rd place in the freesytle relay. Seaward went on to finish second in 25m breast stroke and King-Smith, 3rd in 25m backstroke.

Not to be outdone, Joe Addy(9&under boys) came 1st in 25m backstroke and together with team mates William Cross, Hannes Hafsted and George Hudson took 1st place in the medley relay. Cross, Hudson and Hafsted with Robert Kinnier-Wilson also came 1st in the freestyle relay. Cross and Hafsted continued their form to take 3rd place in 25m breast stroke and 3rd in 25m fly respectively.

10 year olds Adam Evans, Will Ormerod and Finn Monaghan took 3rd in 50m breaststroke, 3rd in 50m free, 2nd in 50m back and 3rd in 50m fly. Addy, Evans, Monaghan & Ormerod teamed up to come 3rd in the medley relay and the team of Hafsted, Evans, Kinnier-Wilson and James Finch took 3rd in the freestyle relay.
