Chinnor coach Jason Bowers feels it is too early to describe tomorrow's National 3 South trip to Barking as a must-win game.
Bowers stressed confidence was still high among his players despite defeats by London Scottish and Henley Hawks.
But with Barking having struggled last year and neither side winning a game this season, few would expect these two to pull far clear of the relegation zone.
Bowers said: "It's very early in the season to establish a pecking order.
"But the games against sides that you may be around are very important ones to win. We are going in full of confidence.
"Winning breeds success and we need to get one as soon as possible.
"We are looking forward of playing a side who may have a few injury problems."
Australian No 8 Tom Jones goes straight into the squad.
Jones, from Brisbane, flew in on Tuesday and replaces Tom Jordan (unavailable).
Prop Bob Baker returns in place of Ian Stock, who drops to the seconds.
Centre Danny Wells could return for Henley Hawks' home clash with Bridgwater & Albion just a week after being stretchered off in a neck brace.
Wells was taken off the field at Chinnor last week, but a visit to Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital confirmed his injury was not serious.
Fellow centre Angelo Flammia will feature in the Help for Heroes match at Twickenham.
The RAF officer will represent the services team in the fundraising match and could be marking England World Cup winner Will Greenwood.
Scott Simmons is fit after a bout of 'flu, while the increasingly influential Tommy Turner continues at fly half.
Oxford Harlequins host Clifton in South West 1, hoping for a more consistent display than they produced in their defeat at Old Patesians.
Craig Lesley and Rob Greig are competing for a lock spot alongside Adam Pearson.
Flanker Matt Young returns after a long injury lay-off, while fly half Andy Noyce is an injury doubt.
Neil Spottiswoode, Mark Forth and Oliver Campbell all come into the reckoning.
Clifton have former England hooker Mark Regan as their forwards coach this season, but he will not be there tomorrow as he is playing in the Help for Heroes match at Twickenham.
Prop Ed Jenkins misses Wallingford's home game with High Wycombe in South West 2 East after dislocating a thumb in last week's comeback victory over Henley Wanderers.
Dave Keable will continue to deputise as Wallingford look to maintain an unbeaten home run that stretches back to November 2005.
Coach Chris Norrington said: "We were delighted to get off to a winning start.
"We gave them too much space in the first half, but came back well in the second.
"That will give us a lot of belief for the rest of the season."
Witney make four changes for their trip to Swindon in Southern Counties North.
Full back Ed Mitchem, prop Lee Ashford and flankers Mark Copperwheat and Wayne Caffekey all start.
After a disappointing start against Buckingham, Witney will be looking to play to their potential.
Alec Warriner has been handed a start for Bicester's trip to Aylesbury.
Warriner marked his 18th birthday by coming off the bench to score Bicester's winning try against Beacon- sfield.
Nick Kenny also gets a start at centre, while Nigel Cox comes in at lock for Mark Malins (wedding).
Prop Rob Thurlow is a slight doubt and utility back Chad Ward is likely to be out for five weeks with a tendon problem.
