Minster Lovell were relegated from OCA League Division 1 after their crucial clash with fellow strugglers Shrivenham was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
Minster had switched the game to Witney Mills’s ground as their own ground was under water.
It means Shrivenham survive in the top flight at Minster’s expense.
Much of the league programme went the same way, with only four matches getting started.
In Division 4, Charlbury 2nd beat Wootton & Boars Hill by 14 runs.
Chris Morgan scored 70 in Charlbury’s 162-9, before Alan Weaver (3-24), Tim Jarvis (3-34) and Ajit Shah (3-38) combined to dismiss Wootton for 148.
Division 7 champions Chipping Norton eased to a six-wicket win at West Ilsley 2nd.
Dean Warner-Carter took 5-36 as West Ilsley were restricted to just 105-8, before Sam Evans (47) and Bryn Molyneux (33) saw Chippy to victory.
Westbury 2nd missed out on the Division 8 title after losing by 26 runs against Hook Norton 2nd.
Hook Norton posted 188-9, Clive Plant hitting 77 and Steve Belcher 62.
Westbury then fell to 163 all out in reply, with Plant taking 4-20.
