North Leigh 2 (Simms 21, McCabe 81)

Chesham Utd 3 (Burnell 14 pen, Cox 44, 47)

North Leigh lost out in an entertaining tie at Eynsham Park.

After falling two goals behind early in the second half, Andy McCabe's late goal led to a late rally from the home side, but they could not quite force a replay.

The visitors took the lead when Chesham's leading goalscorer Danny Burnell slotted home a penalty following an innocuous challenge.

North Leigh hit back, and were level inside seven minutes after Chris Allen's cross picked out Mark Simms to head home.

Darrell Cox restored Chesham's lead just before the break with a super strike from ten yards, and two minutes after the break, Cox made it 3-1 with a goal from close range.

North Leigh battled on, and were rewarded for their hard work with the goal of the game nine minutes from time, McCabe striking a rising drive from 20 yards.

The home side then laid seige to the Chesham goal in search of an equaliser.

They forced numerous corners, but it was to no avail, despite having a goal ruled out for offside.
