OLI Tite edged out Andrew King to successfully defend Witney Lakes' club championship, sponsored by CNS.
Tite, 17, shot rounds of 70 and 73 for a 143 total, with King carding 71 and 73.
Donovan Henderson- Sowerby finished third on 147 after shooting 78 and 69.
Four-handicaper King pipped Henderson- Sowerby to the nett title by one shot with a score of 136, while John Balmer was back in third place on 139.
Meanwhile, Witney Lakes have invested more than £100,000 in improvements to their course.
The club say the work to the course, which was built in 1994, has enhanced its reputation.
“We have invested more than £100,000 in new maintenance equipment alone,” said golf director Steve Putt.
“Through talking to the members and receiving valuable feedback, we have built new paths throughout the course and made tarmac approaches to a number of tees.
“Ground works throughout the course have substantially reduced wet areas, while work on all the greenside bunkers and fully refurbished changing rooms have added to the overall experience."
