FOUR teenage weightlifters flew the flag for Oxfordshire at an international competition held in Spain.
The athletes from St Birinus Weightlifting Club took on club teams from Portugal and Spain, plus national teams from Germany and Hungary, at the event in La Coruna.
The tournament was for lifters up to the age of 23, with the county representatives all connected to St Birinus School in Didcot.

Harry Tallick, 14, was in the 61kg weight group, and lifted a snatch of 36kg, and a clean and jerk of 50kg. He finished first in his body weight group.
Jake Edgar, 16, in the 67kg weight group, produced a snatch lift of 50kg, and a clean and jerk lift of 65kg, while fellow 16-year-old Muhammad Ali, in the 96kg weight group, made a snatch lift of 70kg, and a clean and jerk lift of 85kg.
Former St Birinus School pupil Sebastian Lawton, 19, won the 73kg body weight group and was the third best lifter overall.
His snatch lift was 108kg, while his clean and jerk of 138kg ensured both were personal bests, and lifted him to the number one junior in England.
