Gladiators lead the way by one point after their 2-1 win at North Leigh FC. The leaders won the opening leg 27-21 and in the second leg, decided to set, and it looked a regretful decision after only eight was put on the board by the first three players, however 20 from the next five players gave them a score of 28.
In reply, North Leigh gave it a good go but fell just one short with 27. In the final leg, Gladiators decided to set again, however this time a disastrous set of only 19 was never going to be enough as the football club swept past that with 27 to give them a deserved point.
